Custom fitness programs created for you, using data collected from fitness assessments and history (medical, occupational, athletic, etc.). Continually re-evaluated to keep you challenged, yet prevent over-training. All programs are created based on the National Academy of Sports Medicine's (NASM's) Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model.
